Anne Harila
Anne Harila was the 4th and youngest in Western Europe, and the first in the Nordics to use lasers for asthma, sinuses, migraines, wounds, muscle and skeletal problems, acne, etc. The laser clinic in Sandvika is Europe’s oldest laser clinic. The first laser machines were made in the former Soviet Union. There were lectures on laser treatments in many countries, and Anne Harila was a popular lecturer in Western Europe, Anne Harila has been working with lasers since 1973, but opened her first clinic in Norway in 1979.

Petter Harila Westerby
Petter Harila Westerby started his laser medical education at the Laser Clinic in September 2005, and has participated in many international congresses in laser medicine. He has undergone studies corresponding to a health professional. He became a fully qualified laser therapist in 2007, and has participated in many international laser medical congresses.
Petter has extensive experience from sport as both a goalkeeper in football and as a powerlifter. He became circuit champion buskerud in football with Åskollen Fk in 2008 3rd division, played matches in 2nd division, Junior silver in deadlift (powerlifting) 2009 (the same year he played in 2nd division in football), and bronze in NM powerlifting 2017 with equipment in the -93 kg class. Petter has 18 years of experience working with lasers. Both with LLLT lasers and class 4 lasers.
Petter Harila Westerby gave a lecture at Laser-Bucahrest 2010, about sports injuries and about acne/pimples and the use of lasers for this. He was invited by the Military Technical Academy which organized the big congress.
